Condor Express Reviews

I took the Condor Express last weekend the food was better than I thought it would be for a ferry (I wasn’t expecting much). I grabbed a bacon roll and a coffee in the morning, and both were perfectly fine, plus they were served quickly. They also had crisps, sandwiches, soft drinks, and even a few beers available. Prices weren’t exactly cheap, but that’s kind of standard for onboard food and drinks. The only downside was the queue got long after boarding, and some of the sandwiches had sold out later on. Still, there was a decent enough choice and it definitely made the trip more enjoyable. 4 stars from me...

The trip length felt just right to me. If you like having tons of downtime, you might want it a bit longer, but for a casual getaway, it was a really good balance...

The crew was the best part of the trip. They were friendly, answered questions, and stayed patient even though you could tell everyone had a lot of little requests. I’m kind of worn out by travel and all the usual customer service back-and-forth lately, so I appreciated that they made things easy. The rest of the experience was average for me — nothing terrible, but nothing that really stood out either. I’d maybe use them again if the schedule worked for me.

The trip went mostly fine, and I didn’t really have any major issues. It was easy enough to get through, the ride itself was okay, and things generally went as expected. I do wish there had been more seats available, though, because that made it a little less comfortable. Still, overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I was sorta hoping for more background and context about the wildlife. It was okay overall, but I expected a bit more detail in that area.

The line was moving slow, slow enough to get a bit frustrating, but the staff did sort it out eventually. Not perfect, but it got handled in the end.

Support was kinda slow to get back to me, which was a little frustrating. They did respond eventually, but I wish the wait hadn’t been so long

Booked through Condor Express the trip itself went smoothly. The crew seemed really professional and like they knew exactly what they were doing, which made it easy to just relax. They helped people get on board and answered questions without making anyone feel like a bother. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the waiting around before boarding was kind of confusing, and yeah, I’m blaming them a bit for that since it could’ve been explained better. But once we were with the crew, everything was great.

The trip was fine overall, and the bathrooms were clean enough. There was some water around the sink area though, which made me wonder if something had just been wiped down or if there was a leak they weren’t mentioning. Nothing terrible, just a little suspicious. Still, it didn’t really ruin the experience.

The boat was really comfortable and clean, and the seats were decent too. It did get a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a GOOD trip and I’d be happy to do it again

I appreciated that the crew explained all the safety stuff clearly without dragging it out or making it feel annoying. I felt like I knew what was going on, and for me, that made the whole experience feel a lot more comfortable...

The tour itself was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly, so overall it ended up being a good experience. That said, the organization felt a little messy. We spent some time waiting around without really knowing what was happening, and the schedule wasn’t very clear. I don’t think it needs to be overly complicated, just a bit more communication and a clearer plan would make a big difference. Not a bad tour at all, it just could run more smoothly.

i had a really good time here. the vibe was super relaxed and everyone felt friendly, so nothing ever felt stressful. it was just easy, comfortable, and nice from start to finish

I get motion sick easily, so I was already nervous before the trip on the Condor Express. The crew was really kind once I was on board, they told me where to sit, checked on me a couple times, and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or like I was slowing anyone down.

My only annoyance was that the communication beforehand wasn’t super clear, so I felt more stressed than I needed to be going into it. Once we were actually on the boat, though, the crew was calm and helpful, and that made the ride a lot easier for me.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the parking situation took way longer than it should have. I ended up spending more time trying to park than I expected, which was frustrating

Had a great time on Condor Express. Umm, I was surprised by how clean everything was, especially the bathrooms, since I didn’t really expect that on a boat. The seats and deck area were in great shape too, which made the whole ride a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely go again.

Booking was easy and everything did work out in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. But the updates felt really slow, and I kept feeling like I had to just sit there wondering what was going on. The service was okay, not terrible, but not exactly reassuring either. I might use them again if the price is right, but I’d probably go in expecting to chase things a bit.

I had to cancel my booking and the cancellation itself went through fine, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Support did reply, just not exactly quick about it. Overall it wasn’t awful or anything, just kinda meh tbh

I did get some really nice photos of the whales, so I’m glad I went and it was probably worth the trip. That said, I was a bit disappointed overall, I expected the experience to feel a little more exciting or memorable than it did.
